Clinical Supervision

60 minute session = $100
(1-2 people)

120 minute session = $200
(1-2 people)

Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy Intensives

90 minute session - $200

Initial check-up (resets annually) - $250/90 minute session

Subsequent check-ins (up to 6 yearly) - $200/60 minute session

Psychotherapy

15 minute Intake call session: Free

60 min individual intake session (first 1-2 sessions): $180

60 min individual session: $175

Group session: Set per group

Insurance Accepted: Pacificsource, Out of network (for Psychotherapy only)

Credit card, Venmo or Check are all accepted.

I am considered an out-of-network provider for any other insurance not listed above. Although I may not bill your insurance directly, you may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement for our sessions depending on your coverage. You may also be able to use a Health Savings/Flex account to cover the cost if you have this. I am more than happy to provide you with a monthly Superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many insurance companies will reimburse their clients with a receipt of services rendered. However, it is helpful, and recommended that you contact your insurance carrier directly to determine if they will cover a portion of my counseling cost as an out-of-network provider. 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
